He said that it is not true that the aforementioned law literally increases the cost by 10% as has been said, but prevents citizens from being ripped off as was the case in the past.

For Rodríguez Montero, the application of notarial legislation or notary law, the mentioned law 140-15, grants such relevance to the notarial exercise that important in its right dimension.
